A seasoned software engineering leader and technologist, I spent decades building and managing cutting-edge software for global corporations and agile startups. After retiring from the corporate world, I pivoted my focus toward high-impact social entrepreneurship, blending my technical expertise with a mission to democratize innovation.
Most recently, I led the deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI applications at a major e-commerce firm. This work wasn't just about the tech—it was about navigating legal constraints, establishing data guardrails, and learning firsthand that AI is only as effective as the problem it is meant to solve. My deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Salesforce, etc.) and large-scale system integration now serves as the foundation for my next chapter.
I am currently the founder of a GenAI-enabled micro-business incubator specifically designed for community college students. Through the Ideation Discipline System and inspired by rapid AI-assisted validation models, my mission is to empower these often-overlooked innovators to solve local friction points and launch sustainable businesses. I believe that by providing practical mentorship and a strong technical foundation, we can bridge the gap between domain expertise and digital transformation.
